About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Secretary/Technician to support our clinical team and patients. You’ll work hands-on with advanced equipment (yes, some of it is NASA-grade) and directly assist in patient care. No previous experience in eye care or healthcare is necessary—we provide paid training for motivated individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escort patients to exam rooms and document medical history
  • Perform diagnostic testing, including retinal imaging, visual field testing, electroretinal testing, and refractions
  • Conduct pre-exam evaluations and prepare patients for the doctor’s assessment
  • Educate patients on contact lens use and care
  • Assist during in-office procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training for career development
